We are now providing almost the full range of our services again with all the necessary precautions and procedures in place.
The safety of our patients and staff is our main priority. We are taking all necessary precautions that our regulatory bodies are advising in order to make our practices a safe place for you to visit.
We are open throughout lockdown subject to government guidance.
We kindly ask all patients NOT to attend the Practice without a pre- booked appointment.
You might find a few of our regular procedures changed due to current circumstances, including your temperature being checked upon arrival by our friendly reception staff member.
On your first contact you will be sent a Medical and COVID-19 questionnaire, we kindly ask that you fill this out and return it to us either via email, in the post or bring it with you on the day of your appointment. Please arrive a few minutes prior to your appointment and wear a face mask at all times until you are in the dental chair. We also ask that you sanitise your hands immediately upon arrival.
Please bring minimal belongings into the Practice, we suggest that you just bring along necessary items that you can fit in your pockets.
We ask that you don’t touch any surfaces unnecessarily whilst in the Practice.
We do have toilet facilities, but kindly ask that you refrain from using them if possible.
Unless you are bringing a carer or bringing your children to an appointment, we ask that every Patient attend on their own.
It might be necessary to ask you to wait in your car or outside the practice if there are 2 or more patients in the practice already, as we are strictly adhering to social distancing rules.
Patients should not attend an appointment if they have been in contact with anyone who might have tested positive for Covid-19 in the past 14 days, or if you or anyone in your household have a continuous cough, high temperature or a loss of taste or smell. If in doubt, please call us on 01258 450019 or 01305 265408′
